Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order before payment or just cancel the current order and place a new one. But you had better not change it after you make payment because it may delay your order preparation.

How do I check my order status?

We offer a fast way for checking all orders. You just need to log in to your account to check the status of your package

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. 

Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order, with the exception of Gift Cards. We only accept Gift Cards issued by FLXXIE.

How to pay with credit/debit card?

1.   On your Shopping Cart page,click “pay by PayPal or credit card” after checkout.

2.   Fill in the credit card information.

3.   Confirm to complete payment for your item(s).

Will I be charged with sales tax?

No, there will be no sales tax.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us to cancel an order. We will only accept the cancellation before the order is shipped. 

If you are unable to process a cancellation in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order.

Do you gift wrap?

All of our duvet cover sets are beautifully packaged in a reusable, self-care bag because we think of our product as a gift, whether it’s for you or for a loved one.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free domestic standard shipping.

We work with major American shipping companies like DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx.

When will I get my order?

Normally, it will take 1-7 business days for your order to be delivered. 

Total Delivery Time = Preparing Time + Shipping Time. Before we ship your order, we conduct a strict Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure your product's quality. The processing time varies by location and depends on the specification of the product. Our average time and goal is to ship your order in 48 hours.

You will receive an email with tracking confirmation of the shipment.

In case of any question and unexpected delay you can always contact our customer service.

How can I track my package?

Once an order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number.   

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in touch with us, please check: 

1. Tracking number.

2. Check if you have an attempted delivery from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange re-delivery.

3. If it shows the parcel already delivered on website, the driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe such as your porch. You can also check with your neighbors to see if they have accepted the parcel for you.

What will the shipping company do if they cannot contact with the receiver when the parcel arrive?

Most of shipping company will deliver the parcel for three times if they the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse  after the third attempt. So please make sure you write down the correct shipping address when you make an order and keep your phone on.
